Kettlebell (varies ~$20 - $200)
A kettlebell is basically a ball of metal with a handle. It can be used in almost every way a dumbbell is used, and many more. Using a kettlebell will activate muscles that are left sitting dormant on a Nautilus machine. The cost will vary based on the weight you choose. For someone in good shape I would recommend a nice middle weight KB, perhaps 35 pounds.
The Floor/Ground (~$0)
The floor is perfect for stretching, push-ups, sit-ups, squats, stretching, yoga, and more!
